Turkey with ground bone, turkey liver, turkey gizzard. Stella builds this exactly the way they build their chicken recipe, protein for protein... and the two foods are nowhere near each other on the numbers.
Built the same, feeds differently
Both recipes are muscle meat with ground bone, then liver, then gizzard, then an identical supporting list in the same order. From the ingredient panel alone you'd call them interchangeable.

Eight points less protein, eight points more fat, and 16% more calories in the same quarter-cup scoop. If you've been topping with the chicken and you switch to this bag, the same scoop is now 16% more calories. That's the single most useful thing on this page and no label tells you.

36% fat puts this in the upper half of the line, which suits an active dog or a hard keeper. A dog with a pancreatitis history, or one on a vet-prescribed low-fat diet, needs that vet's view first... and if you want Stella's leanest topper, that's the chicken.
Turkey all the way down
Stella puts the recipe at 95% cage-free turkey, nutrient-rich organs and bone, raw. No chicken, no other bird.
That matters because it isn't true of the whole line. Stella's Duck Duck Goose Meal Mixers list turkey second and three turkey organs in the top six despite the name. If you're specifically avoiding chicken, this is the Stella topper to look at.
Then pumpkin seed, organic cranberries, spinach, broccoli, beets, carrots, squash and blueberries. Fenugreek seed, kelp, a full vitamin and mineral package, added taurine.
Pea-free, lentil-free and potato-free, as published for this recipe. Not true of every Stella product, so check each item rather than the brand.
Same recipe as the patties
Stella's Tantalizing Turkey Dinner Patties carry the same guaranteed analysis as these Mixers in every value, and the same 5,100 kcal/kg. Same food, two shapes. The difference is the feeding chart and how you use it.
One labeling difference, stated precisely: the patties carry Stella's "100% complete and balanced" description and the Meal Mixers don't. The Mixers chart does still offer a full-meal column, printed below. That's what Stella publishes, and we won't read more into it.
The probiotics, named
Four fermentation products in the list: Pediococcus acidilactici, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium longum and Bacillus coagulans. We've had the turkey patty bag in hand, and its panel guarantees not less than 20,000,000 CFU per pound of total microorganisms from those four strains, with Stella's own footnote that total microorganisms are not recognized as an essential nutrient by the AAFCO Dog Food Nutrient Profiles. We pass the footnote on with the number.

Stella publishes two charts. Cups below mean a level standard 8-fluid-ounce dry measuring cup.
As a mixer or topper, on top of your dog's regular food:

Stella notes puppies may need up to twice the adult amount, and to consult a veterinarian for pregnant and nursing dogs. Split the daily amount across two meals and adjust to body condition after two or three weeks.
If you top a bowl daily, take those calories off the dinner underneath it.
How to use it
Crumble over the bowl dry, or rehydrate with warm water first, which brings out the smell and often works on a fussy eater. Stella suggests bone broth as the liquid if you want to go further, and we carry their Bountiful Bone Broth.
