Instinct designs it as a topper or mixer... a way to add flavor and moisture to kibble or a freeze-dried meal, or to give as an occasional treat. It's grain-free and made in the USA.
What's actually in it
This is a short, simple list. Pork broth, rabbit, pork and pork liver come first, followed by eggs and ground dried peas. The rest is natural flavor, guar gum to thicken the gravy, salt, sodium phosphate, sodium carbonate and DL-methionine. There are no added vitamin or mineral packs, which is why it's a topper and not a full meal.
Who it suits, and who it doesn't
It suits a healthy adult cat that needs a little coaxing at the bowl, or one that could use some extra moisture in a mostly dry diet. With no chicken or fish on the list, it's an easy topper to pair with most foods.
