Peanut Butter Jammers pairs peanut butter with strawberries and blueberries, the classic sandwich combo baked into a crunchy ring. It's part of the Crunchy Os line from Fromm Family Foods, a family-owned company in Mequon, Wisconsin. Each piece is about 2.5 calories, so a handful goes a long way.
What's actually in it
The base is whole grains: whole grain sorghum, oatmeal and pearled barley. Peanut butter is fourth on the list, with peanut flour and peanut oil further down.
