From the north

If you are not satisfied with your non-food purchase, you may bring back the item as long as the following items are met:
•Must be returned within 7 days of purchase
•The item must be in resalable condition
•All tags must be kept on collars and leashes
•Please bring your original receipt
•Please be aware dog toys are NOT guaranteed as being indestructible
•Unused Crates and divider panels have a 1-day return policy and be returned with original packaging
•If you are not satisfied with your pet food purchase, you must return it with the original bag
•Bag will be deleted from you frequent buyers program
If any of the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to apply a 20% restocking fee
Frequent Buyer Program
Some dog and cat foods offer a frequent buyers program (aka Baker's Dozen). To be eligible for the program you must purchase a food that is a participating brand. Only the 2 largest bag sizes are included and cases of cans. Please ask a sales associate if a food you are currently using is part of the program. You must purchase 12 of the same brand, same size pet food to receive the 13th for free on US!. Local delivery and internet orders are not included in this offer.
