For the local delivery, please call into the store for your order: 732-938-4470. Do not order online, you will incur UPS shipping charges
*Unfortunately, due to the high cost of gas prices, we are regretfully forced to apply a fuel surcharge of $3.50 for orders under $100.00. For orders over $100.00, we will continue to offer free local delivery.
Are you dog tired after a long day at work or rushing around with the kids? Well, The Hungry Puppy offers you the convenience of our FREE home or office delivery service!
We will deliver any product we sell right to your door at no additional cost, besides the fuel surcharge.
Our delivery service is year round, tuesday through friday. We deliver most anywhere in Monmouth County and some parts of Ocean County and Middlesex County. We'll even deliver to the local animal shelters on your behalf. Please keep in mind minimums do apply. We can also put you on an automatic delivery schedule if you prefer. All we need is a credit card and how often you'd like your delivery. This way, you'll never run out of your pet's food again!
Please call by 4pm the day before your delivery day to place your order. We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover & AMEX), cash and money orders. Please keep in mind the driver does not carry change. Deliveries are C.O.D. Product will not be left without payment. If you unfortunately forget to leave payment, a $10.00 delivery fee will be charged for the driver to come back the next week. Our drivers deliver from 11am up until the last customer. Sorry, we can not guarantee the time he will get to you.
Frequent buyer programs do not apply on delivery. Manufacturer's coupons will be applied on your next delivery when paying by charge card.
Requirements
In order to receive free local delivery, your delivery must fulfill one of the following requirements:
For domestic animals (such as cats, dogs and caged birds) - $50 minimum order or 2 of the largest size bag of food.
For livestock (such as horse, goat, cow, chicken and llama) feed - 500 lb. minimum.
Pine shavings - 50 bale minimum. There is a slight increase in price for delivery. Call the store for current market price.
Solar salt - 20 bag minimum.
If one of the minimums is met, anything else may be added on to your order. For example, if the order had 2 bags of Iams 40 lb. dog food, you could add on 3 bales of pine shavings and 1 bag of Southern States horse feed, for no additional fee.
Bulky items, such as doghouses, rabbit houses, stall mats, cat trees and ponds have a $15 delivery charge.
Fence panels for dog runs have a $25 delivery charge.

Express Delivery
New at The Hungry Puppy! Express Delivery is for those who must get their in-stock product in less than 24hours. No minimum order requirements need to be met for you to take part in this service. For a nominal fee of $12.00 an in-stock product will be delivered to your door step GUARANTEED in less than 24 hours from when you place your order.
To take advantage of this service you MUST call on the phone and speak to a manager on duty. Please do not leave it on voice mail. Ordered items must be in-stock. Additional fees still apply to bulk items such as fence panels, ponds, cat trees and stall mats.
